Stainless Steel Sintered Non-woven fiber felt
sintered metal fiber felt is composed of steel fible mesh sintering together, then it still have feature of web and porous construction .high strength, high stable construction, these advantages, make it deal material of heat-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high precision. These reusable, high quality filters are ideal for filtration and gas filter application.
1. material :standard material: 316L, 316,304, pure nickel .
2. max apply size: 1200X1000mm ,special size are available on request.
3. process: can be processed to disc shape ,candle shape wave shape etc.
4. spec.:5---40um(c)
5. thickness : 0.3—0.68mm
Main application:
1.polyester melt purification in chemical fiber and membrane industry.
2.high temperature filtration and corrosion and liquid filtration in petroleum industry.
3.hydraulic fuel and lubrication oil filtration in mechanical equipment.
4.iquid purification in pharmaceutical, biological and beverage industry
