Based on the previous experience in leaf filters, since joining the company, I have contacted some customers who deal with wasted engine oil. They have a great demand for oil filter/purifier and leaf filter. But there are also those who can’t figure out their actual needs. For example, the customer in Kenya just wants to clean the treated waste engine oil, but he is not clear whether it is decolorization or simple filtration to achieve the actual purpose. There are also some price disputes, such as customers in Côte d'Ivoire. His budget was $1,500, but it didn't meet our cost minimum. A separate leaf filter is also called a vertical filter. It is a relatively advanced filter equipment, mainly used for fine filtration operations. Therefore, it has been applied in chemical industries such as sugar industry, alumina, and vanadium extraction from steel slag.

The structure of the vertical leaf filter is relatively simple. It is mainly composed of a cylinder, a filter element, a high level tank, a pressure relief pipe, a pneumatic valve and an automatic control system.

Therefore, the leaf filter has the following advanced features:

(1) It can be operated fully automatically, so the labor intensity can be reduced and the operation is more convenient.

(2) The leaf filter is closed, so the filter screen can be used for a long time.

(3) There is no mechanical transmission in the leaf filter machine, so no mechanical maintenance is required.

(4) The leaf filter is controlled by PLC, and the system is safe and reliable.

(5) The working cycle is short, but the working efficiency is high. The filter plates can be controlled individually, and any abnormality can be isolated immediately.

(6) The action of the feed pump and the feed valve is coordinated, so some problems can be avoided.

(7) The shell of the machine equipment has been heat-treated, so it is safe and reliable to use and can avoid deformation. The mechanical properties of the filter element are stable and the size is reasonable.
