uThe working principle of Air Oil separator:
The oil separator is the key component that determines the compressed air quality of the air compressor. The high-quality oil separator can not only ensure the high-efficiency operation of the compressor, but also the life of the filter element can reach thousands of hours. The compressed air from the compressor head entrains large and small oil droplets. Large oil droplets are easy to separate when passing through the oil and gas separation tank, while small oil droplets (suspended oil particles below 1um in diameter) must be filtered through the micron and glass fiber filter layers of the oil and gas separation filter element. Through the diffusion of the filter material, the oil particles are directly intercepted by the filter material and the mechanisms such as inertial collision agglomeration make the suspended oil particles in the compressed air quickly agglomerate into large oil droplets. The inlet of the oil return pipe in the recess returns to the lubricating oil system of the machine head, so that the compressor discharges purer and oil-free compressed air. When the solid particles in the compressed air pass through the oil separation core, they stay in the filter layer, which causes the pressure difference (resistance) of the oil separation core to continuously increase. With the increase in the use time of the oil separator, when the pressure difference of the oil separator reaches 0.08 to 0.1Mpa, the filter element must be replaced, otherwise the compressor operating cost (power consumption) will be increased.

3.Wrap oil separator:3000-4000 hour.
4.The fold oil separator has large filtration area than wrapped oil separator.
5.The fold oil separator has a bit expensive than wrapped oil separator.
