1. Description

The melt filter element is named candle filter element because it looks like candles. Melt filter element is mainly used for high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity polymer, polyester melt filtration. The upper and lower covers of the filter element are made of stainless steel to ensure its corrosion resistance. The filter medium is made of stainless steel fiber sintered felt and stainless steel wire woven mesh folded and corrugated. The overall size is small and the filter area is large, which can be cleaned and used repeatedly. Sintered felt has good air permeability, large dirt capacity, long service life, uniform mesh aperture, high strength, good processability and convenient cleaning. The common accuracy is 20 microns, 40 microns and 60 microns.
