Compressed air precision filter

Compressed air precision filter is abbreviated as precision filter. It is a filter used to dry impurities in compressed air. It is widely used in industries such as electronics and electricity, food and medicine, semiconductors, and automobile manufacturing.
The impurities referred to here generally refer to solid particles, dust, microorganisms and a certain amount of water; it should be noted that general compressed air filters cannot filter oil stains, and oil and gas separators or oil-free air compressors are required. . The oil stains in the compressed air will adhere to the precision filter and cannot be eliminated, reducing the filtering effect of the precision filter.

Dust and microorganisms can come into contact with food and pharmaceutical raw materials to contaminate products, which is more harmful to users. Water and dust will cause harm to the spraying process, causing undesirable conditions such as pitting and fish eyes.
In many cases, dust and water can also damage gas equipment and pneumatic components, such as placement machines, drilling machines, solenoid valves, and so on.
A large part of these common hazards are caused by pollutants in compressed air, but they have not been paid enough attention.
Because equipment damage is unavoidable, compressed air is not the only influencing factor, but it is definitely a very large influencing factor.
In our more than ten years of market research, we found that in the spraying industry, compressed air that does not meet the standard will increase the defective rate by at least 5%, and the cost of conversion is a headache figure.
Therefore, we recommend compressed air users to configure a precision filter; generally speaking, a precision filter can be used for at least 2 years in a non-bad working condition before the filter element needs to be replaced, which is very cost-effective.
