The equipment is installed on the fluidizer at the bottom of the injection tank or inside the fluidizer at the bottom of the pulverized coal bunker. The gas is fully mixed evenly between the fluidized plate and the pulverized coal on the bed to form a fluidized solid gas tank to prevent the pulverized coal from caking, forming and arching. Convenient for long distance transportation.
The fluidized plate is made of high technology and high performance stainless steel sintered wire mesh. Its characteristics are high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength, high rigidity, long service life, high pore precision, uniform airflow distribution and small resistance loss.
