Aida Alternative hydraulic oil filter element UE219AN08Z
Model:UE219AN08Z
Precision:1-100μm
Our hydraulic oil filter features:
1. High pressure section, medium pressure section, oil return section and oil absorption section are used.
2, divided into high, medium and low accuracy levels. 2-5um is high precision, 10-15um is medium precision, and 15-25um is low precision.
3, for the compression filter element finished shape size, increase the filtration area, the general filter layer part folded into a corrugated, hydraulic filter pleating height is generally below 20㎜
4, the pressure difference of the hydraulic filter element is generally 0.35-0.4MPa, but the individual special filter element is required to bear the high pressure difference, the highest requirement is to bear 32MPa, or even 42MPa, the same system pressure.
5, can withstand high temperature, some requirements to reach 135℃
Our filter elements are tested according to the following standards:
ISO 2941 Verification of collapse/burst resistance
ISO 2942 Verification of fabrication integrity
ISO 2943 Verification of material compatibility with fluids
ISO 3723 Method for end load test
ISO 3724 Verification of flow fatigue characteristics
ISO 3968 Evaluation of pressure drop versus flow characteristics
ISO 16889 Multi-pass method for evaluating filtration performance
Most of our filters are used in the following aspects
Pharmaceutical industry: pre-filtration of various antimicrobials and other liquid medicines
Food and beverage industry: wine, mineral water, drinking water filtration
Petroleum industry: oil field water injection filtration
Electronics industry: high purity water pre-filtration
Chemical industry: filtration of various organic solvents, acids and lyes
Metallurgical industry: used for rolling mill, continuous casting machine hydraulic system filtration and various lubrication equipment filtration.
Textile industry: the purification and uniform filtration of polyester melt in the process of drawing, the protection and filtration of air compressor, the removal of oil and water from compressed gas.
