When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, or when the preset time is due, the filter will start a self cleaning prcess, during which, the brush in the

filter screen will rotate, brushing down the impurities caught by the filter screen, and then the impurities will be discharged from the drain valve.

The feature of automatic self cleaning filter as following:

1. Water flow not stop during cleaning.

2. Filter rating up to 5um.

3. Large filter area: 7-40 times of the entrance area.

4. Several cleaning mode : Manual, differential pressure, time, etc.

5. Economic and simple installation.

6. Long service life.

One of my Indonesia client needs self cleaning filter. He needs flow rate is 25m3/h. Material requests SS 304 stainless steel. The micron is 10um. According to his requirement. We recommend him a suitable machine. But the price is a bit higher for his target price. Now still negotinating with him. I will follow up ths status next week. And sincerely hope to work with him together again.
