HNP023 can improve system reliability and extend the lifespan of system components and oil by slowing down oil oxidation, maintaining lubricity, and reducing air mixing. By reducing the formation of acids, corrosion in the oil system can also be controlled. Acids are formed by the reaction between water and metal particles produced in the system.

HNP023 can remove 100% free water and up to 90% dissolved water, as well as 100% free gas and up to 80% dissolved gas.

The automatic controller of the device continuously monitors the working condition. If the liquid level and pressure exceed the normal range, the system can be safely shut down.

The safety features include: high and low liquid level float level switch, output overflow valve (set to 9bar), inlet vacuum pressure switch, and drip tray float switch.
