PP melt-blown filter element is a water treatment industrial filter made of 100% pure polypropylene particles as raw materials, without any adhesive, and through hot melt and tangle of fibers. The unique three-layer gradient aperture design (the gradient structure deep filter element with coarse outside and fine inside) forms a three-dimensional slag filtering effect. It has the characteristics of high porosity, high retention rate, high pollutant content, high flow rate, low pressure difference, not easy to deform, and the intercepted particles are not easy to fall off. The pure polypropylene structure makes its chemical compatibility extremely wide, and is suitable for filtering strong acids, strong alkalis and organic solvents.
