One new customer from USA , they actually washing crayfish ,wanna then clean the dirty water to recycle and use again . As too many sediment particles , our tech dept recommend sand filter , also because my customer no other assembly in their site , introduce complete filtration system to them , raw water pump + sand filter +precision filter . pump to drive raw water ; sand filter mainly remove sediment particles ; precision filter as 2nd filtration , filter more finely .

My customer raw water flow rate is not high , just 2.5-5m³/h , pressure is 2.75-3.1 bar .For our solution , sand filter and precision filter both DN50 connection size , Sand filter φ5750*1850mm , with upper and lower water distributor and control valve ; Precision filter φ159*380mm , shell thickness is 1.5mm ,working pressure is within 3bar;Raw water pump , stainless steel , lift 35mm , flow rate 8m³/h , motor power 2.2kw , speed 2900r/min , 220v,60hz .

They have approved our drawing and waited for the purchase order last week. Their payment will be received this week.
