The perforated plate composite mesh filter element is made of standard material 304 perforated plate and several layers of square mesh (or dense mesh) by composite sintering. The number of layers and the number of mesh forming the mesh are determined according to different service conditions and uses. Because the framework and the filter screen are sintered into one, it has more excellent backwashing effect and small pressure drop loss.
