The oil separator is the key part of the air compressor. Its performance will directly affect the effective power, oil consumption and output air flow stability, cleanness and dryness of the compressor. The high-quality oil separator, under correct installation and use, can not only ensure the high quality of compressed air, but also ensure a considerable service life.

The compressed air from the air compressor entrains large and small oil droplets. Large oil droplets are easy to separate through the oil separator, while small oil droplets (suspended oil particles) must be filtered through the micron level glass fiber filter layer of the oil separator. We use the most advanced anti-corrosion and efficient microfiber agglomerating material as the filter body. The filter bed of the filter element of the system is composed of a prefilter layer, a microfiber layer, a support layer, a filter layer and a gravity sedimentation layer, so that the compressor outputs 3 μm or more can be completely filtered out while extremely small particles of about 0.01-1 μm oil-water gas dissolved and disintegrated will be condensed into large oil droplets when passing through the filter element, which will accumulate at the bottom of the filter element, and then return to the lubrication system through the siphon of the oil return pipe at the bottom of the filter element, so that the compressor can discharge more pure and oil-free compressed air.
