The new customers were introduced by one of our regular clients, who are managing a local steelworks in Philippines. AIDA high temperature metal dedusting filter element is one of our hot-sale products for its excellent processing performance and flexibility of design, which was designed for the filtration of high temperature gas, as an important part of the air filtration system. And it is widely used in the various gas and dust test instruments, and pharmaceutical/cigarette/coating/thermal power plant/cement plant,etc.

It was stainless steel fiber sintered felt that was chosen to be the main part of filter materials. As a result, a series of advantages could be reached, including high precision; excellent straightness and the ability to be more resistant to being pressed.

As we know, burr formation is one of the most important factors of the metal cutting quality. Proud to say, there is almost no burr on our stainless steel inside of our filter elements. A longer span life could be achieved and guaranteed, too.

And the stainless steel punching mesh was adopted for support and being the outer protective sleeve, which was made by high-precision welding.
