Last month, a customer from Vietnam who is in close cooperation with us asked if there is a kind of filter that can be provided with different levels of filtration accuracy. I recommended the discs filter to him, which took a lot of effort from our technical team.

The discs filter is made of a group of discs. The intersection formed by the groove edge could obstruct solid matters in the water. Owing to the exterior function of obstruction and coacervation simultaneously, the filter effects have been much more improved. Meanwhile, because of the characteristics including backwash function, fully automatic continuous operation, low self-consumption, small footprint, reliable operation, and the fact that the backwashing process could take turns alternately, with an automatical switch between working and backwashing states to ensure continuous water ingress and low system pressure loss, the advantages of the technology used in the discs filter system are obvious.

The discs which control the different levels of filtration accuracy are playing an imprtant part in ensuring that the Stacked filter system would play its due role in the whole water system. Only if the choice is correct will the subsequent water quality requirements be fulfilled.

As for the choice of different levels, it is based on the quality of raw water, the expected precision after filtration and the amount of water production per hour.
