Coalescence Dehydration Oil Purifier is mainly suitable for water & impurity removal and filtration of steam turbine oil, transformer oil and hydraulic lubricating oil . It has five stages filtration system , 1st Suction oil filter , 2nd Prefiltration ,3rd Coalescing filter , 4th Separation filter ,5th Fine filter . The contaminated oil is filtered through coarse filtration firstly, then pre filtration reduces the content of particles in the filtered liquid water. Next it passes through the coalescence filter to condense and sink the water in the oil , then the tiny water droplets in the oil are blocked through the separation filter to separate efficiently, Finally, the fine filter purifies the oil again .

This time our Canada customer want to remove emulsified water from diesel oil , the customer told us that there is an existing system (450l/h) to remove impurities, so need our oil purifier to remove water. This is easier , just 200l/h is enough to cooperate with their machine operation. Through our discussion with tech engineer , recommed AOP-D3-AIDA ,as below spec , Considering that the customer is diesel oil filtration, inflammable, we have added additional explosion-proof devices (explosion-proof conduit, explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof control cabinet) .
