The principle
The form of filter construction is novelty in the filter system, the filter element use form of horizontal pipe, the structure is optimized backflushing, squeeze etc. process links of filter element of diaphragm separation filter.
The liquid enter the filter from primary liquid inlet, the impurity has been intercepted by filter element, then the cleaning liquid outflow from outlet, with filtering process and cake layer is continuous thickened, the filter element begin to do backwash stage when it reach the setting differential pressure.
The filter stop filtration and enter the pressure gas in housing then under the effect of pressure gas, the liquor of housing can be continouos filtered (it can deal with pressure liquid by different ways according to quality request of media & clean liquid.) When finish the filter pressing, it can be discharged the raffinate according pressure gas or raffinate pump. It can regular enter pressure gas from outlet of clean liquid to filter element, the impurity of metal filter element can be blowed off. The pressure gas let the bag filter to swell and shake then the impurities can be blowed off with shaking, the impurity layer of filter element can be blowed off by gas. Finally off the impurities will be discharged from outlet of bottom of filter.
