Product Introduction
Pharmaceutical filter disc is an ideal filter element for filtering&cleaning&drying (simply for three-in-one). It is made of multi-layer stainless steel sintered wire mesh welded with flange to round disc shape or cone shape. It is mainly used in the three-in-one or two-in-one equipment for pharmaceutical, chemical, food, industry etc. compared with traditional filter cloth, it has the advantages that good rigidity, high strength, long working life, easy to clean for installation etc. filter rating will be 1-300um, diameter is 100-3000mm.

DF-D-R-filter disc, D-dia, R-fi
1: combined type structure: Filter plate and support plate are welded together, each unit part are combined by bolts.
2: Integrative structure: Filter plate and support plate are joint with bolts or by welding, and then welded together with flange.
3: Integrative structure: Filter plate and perforated plate are sintered together directly, and then welded with flange.
Specification:
Widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical, food industry etc.
Application:
Good rigidity, excellent filter rating, can be cleaned repeatedly, reusable.
Thickness: 1.7mm, 2.5mm, 3.5mm
Standard material is SUS316L, SS304.
